If you prefer more flexibility, our distance learning certification allows you to follow the same structured pathway from home and at your own pace. The course is delivered in eight modules, with access to comprehensive resources and optional one-to-one guidance from a dedicated tutor. This means you can fit your training around your lifestyle without missing out on personal support.

At SFTA, we have curated diverse therapeutic tools that reflect the latest advancements in neuroscience. These tools encompass a range of methodologies, including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnosis, NLP, CBT, Mindfulness, Walking Therapy, Positive Regression and Parts Therapy.
We believe in providing students with the best resources to excel. Our students will have access to our advanced hypnosis monitoring equipment, the Hypnophix. This technology enables students to closely track their clients’ brain wavelengths during trance states, enhancing the precision and impact of their hypnosis delivery.

Our Graduates
As you progress through our hypnotherapy training course, you’ll work towards achieving two accredited and recognized qualifications. The Solution Focused Academy Hypnotherapy Diploma (SFHD). This qualification will highlight your practical skills in delivering hypnotherapy safely and confidently. The Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) covers the theoretical underpinnings of the skills, standing as the only nationally recognized and externally accredited award for hypnotherapy in the UK. This diploma has gained validation from NCFE as a level four award within the vocational framework, solidifying its credibility and value.
